Location

Where Furaha Gardens Sits

Furaha Gardens is located in Gongoni Centre, Kilifi County — 1 km from the Malindi–Lamu highway at Fundi Isa Junction. That means you are on tarmac quickly, whether you are driving from Malindi or coming in from Lamu.

Mambrui's dunes have become one of the coast's most talked-about attractions — a landscape that draws visitors from across the country and beyond. Che Shale is an established beach with kitesurfing, fishing, and the kind of quiet that is harder to find closer to town. Owning land 10 minutes from both is not a minor thing.

On the infrastructure side: the Malindi–Lamu highway, 1 km from your plot, is part of the broader LAPSSET corridor upgrade currently underway in Kenya. Improved corridor access tends to lift land values in surrounding areas over time. We cite this as a relevant, verifiable trend — not as a guaranteed appreciation figure.

The land is fertile — maize grows here today. It is build-ready, not reclaimed scrubland.

Your Ownership. Step by Step.

Your Title. Tracked in the open.

PIMC holds the registered mother title for Furaha Gardens. Your individual plot title is issued when the subdivision is registered, then transferred into your name at the Ministry of Lands — verifiable through your Ardhi Sasa account. We will tell you in writing exactly which stage your plot is at before you pay anything.

If you want to confirm the title at the lands registry before you sign anything, we encourage you to. That is how confident we are.

  • An individual title deed on subdivision — not a share or a certificate of allocation
  • Transferred into your name once the subdivision is registered
  • Open to verification at the Ministry of Lands
  • Full written cost breakdown before you sign or pay anything

FAQ

Honest Answers to Real Questions

Is this a gated development?
No. Furaha Gardens is an open residential development. Plots are individually owned. There is no perimeter wall or controlled entry. If security infrastructure is a priority for you, please raise it with our team — we are happy to discuss what the neighbourhood and the area are like.
What can I build on a 1/8-acre plot?
A 1/8-acre plot (50 × 100 ft) is a practical residential stand. It is well suited to a family home, a holiday cottage, or a rental unit. It is also a recognised size for land banking — bought now and built later as your plans develop. The land is zoned residential and is build-ready.
What happens after I pay the KES 50,000 reservation?

Your plot is reserved and removed from available inventory. We send you the sale agreement and full cost breakdown in writing. You then complete the balance according to your chosen payment plan. Once full payment is received, title transfer is processed. Our team walks you through every step — nothing happens without your written confirmation.

How to pay the KES 50,000 reservation:

  • M-Pesa — Paybill 4322343. Before you confirm, check that the business name on your M-Pesa screen reads PIMC Global Consult Ltd.
  • Bank transfer — account details provided on request. Request account details now through our email or phone number.

Contact us on 0709 180 656 or WhatsApp and we will send you the payment details immediately.

What is the title status — and when does it come into my name?
PIMC Global holds the registered mother title for the Furaha Gardens parcel. Your individual plot title is issued when the subdivision is registered, and is then transferred into your name at the Ministry of Lands. We will show you exactly where the title stands before you pay anything — and we encourage you to confirm it at the lands registry yourself.
What is included in the price — and what isn't?
The price is for the land itself. It excludes title transfer and legal fees, which are a standard buyer cost in any Kenyan property transaction. We give you a full written cost breakdown before you sign or pay anything.
Can I buy from the diaspora?
Yes — many of our buyers are abroad. You can verify the title, see beacon photos and a live video walk, and reserve your plot without travelling. See our Buying from the Diaspora page for the full remote-purchase process.
How do I verify the land is genuine?
You are welcome to confirm the title at the Ministry of Lands and through your Ardhi Sasa account before you sign anything — we encourage it. You can also visit the site and walk your plot with our team.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Pay cash in full, put down a 50% deposit and clear the balance within 3 months, or spread payments over 6–12 months. You choose the plan that suits you when you reserve.
